HVAC Systems

Cleanroom HVAC systems for contamination control.

The envelope defines the room. The air system is what actually makes it a cleanroom, and holds it there through every shift, every season and every audit.

Our Approach

We understand the art and science of handling air.

Temperature, humidity and particle count are not three separate problems. They are one system behaving as a whole. A dehumidifier sized without reference to the fresh-air load, or a pressure cascade designed without reference to door openings, will pass on the day of qualification and drift within a month.

We size, install and commission the complete low-side and high-side scope, so the ACPH, the cascade and the setpoints in the design basis are the ones actually achieved on site.

  • Heat-load and fresh-air calculations tied to your real occupancy and process
  • Filtration staged pre → fine → HEPA H13 / H14 at ≥99.97% @ 0.3 µm
  • Pressure cascade engineered in 10–15 Pa steps between classified zones
  • VFD and control strategy that holds setpoints at partial load

Air Handling Units

The AHU range we manufacture

Double-skin and single-skin units built in our own plant and configured to the plant room you actually have, not the one the catalogue assumes.

Double-skin AHUs

Thermally broken double-skin construction for critical and classified applications.

Single-skin AHUs

Cost-effective units for comfort and non-classified process air.

Floor-mounted AHUs

Standard plant-room configuration with full service access.

Ceiling-suspended AHUs

Where plant-room floor area is unavailable or better used.

Re-circulation AHUs

High-ACPH recirculation for classified suites with controlled fresh-air make-up.

Ventilation AHUs

Fresh-air and make-up units balanced against process exhaust.

Heat recovery (HRV)

Energy recovery on exhaust streams to cut the running cost of high fresh-air loads.

Dehumidifiers (DHU)

Desiccant-rotor units integrated with the AHU to hold low-RH setpoints.

Air Distribution

Ducting: precision air distribution

Ductwork engineered to deliver the required air pattern at the lowest operating cost, fabricated with leading-edge sheet-metal profiling technology and leakage-tested before insulation.

Stainless steelKitchen exhaust, fume exhaust, high-moisture systemsASTM A167, Class 302 / 304, No.4 / 2B finish

Why our ducting

  • Machine-formed profiles and sections for dimensional consistency
  • Leakage-tested joints before insulation is applied
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation to specification
  • Faster fabrication means faster handover

Dehumidification & Central Plant

Complete low-side and high-side execution

From desiccant dehumidification for hygroscopic products through to chilled-water plants, pump houses and cooling towers.

Dehumidification (DHU)

Desiccant-rotor dehumidifiers integrated with AHUs to hold precise low-RH setpoints, critical wherever moisture affects product stability, powder flow or hygroscopic materials.

Chilled water plant

Water and air-cooled chillers, insulated CHW headers, balancing valves and energy-efficient pumping systems, sized and commissioned as a system rather than a parts list.

Utility infrastructure

Pump houses, cooling towers, condenser piping and utility distribution, executed and commissioned end-to-end alongside the air systems they serve.
