Modular cleanroom panels, doors and ceilings.
Factory-engineered sandwich panels, walkable ceilings, GMP doors and seamless flooring, built to be cleaned every day for years, and reconfigured when your process changes.
Built in a factory, not improvised on site.
Our modular sandwich panels are used to build state-of-the-art cleanrooms across electronics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food processing and hospitals. Because they are manufactured to dimension in our plant, the joints are consistent, the tolerances hold, and the finish arriving on site is the finish you approved.
A modular system is fully demountable. When a line moves or a suite is repurposed, panels are dismantled and reconfigured. A civil wall would instead have to be demolished, disposed of and rebuilt, with the contamination event that implies.
| Element | Options |
|---|---|
| Panel construction | Double-skin sandwich, silicone-sealed flush joints, GI / Aluminium framework |
| Infill (insulation) | Rockwool • Aluminium honeycomb • PUF / EPS per design requirement |
| Skin finishes | Anti-scratch HPL • uPVC-coated steel • powder-coated metal |
| System | Fully modular, assembled, dismantled and reconfigured on site |
| Junctions | Flush coved wall-to-wall, wall-to-ceiling and wall-to-floor details |
Flush, easy-clean cGMP surfaces
No ledges, no dust traps. Coved junctions and silicone-sealed flush joints that survive daily sanitisation.
Practically maintenance-free
Anti-scratch finishes hold their appearance and their cleanability through years of gowned traffic.
Excellent structural stability
Mechanically interlocked panel systems that stay true, supporting doors, glazing and service penetrations.
Single room to full departments
The same system scales from one QC laboratory to a complete manufacturing block.
Lower cost than civil construction
Less wet trade, less site time, less rework, and a wall that can be moved instead of demolished.
Shorter delivery & installation
Factory fabrication runs in parallel with site preparation, compressing the critical path.
Doors are where cleanrooms usually fail.
A door is the busiest component in a cleanroom and the one that most often breaks the pressure cascade. Ours are built heavy-duty, with mechanically interlocked edges, flush-fit view panels and world-leading hardware, sized to your opening rather than to a catalogue.
- Swing, sliding, and semi or fully automatic operation
- Mechanically interlocked edges for a true flush face
- Flush-fit double-glazed view panels
- World-leading door hardware and closers
- Custom sizes and heavy-duty construction
- Access-control and interlock ready
A ceiling your maintenance team can stand on.
Pre-fabricated steel ceiling panels engineered to support maintenance staff and equipment loads, supplied with pre-configured penetrations for HEPA filters, GMP lighting, fire alarm and sprinkler heads.
The result is a genuinely smooth, tile-free finish with no lay-in grid to leak through, while still giving full access to HVAC controls and dampers from above rather than through the classified space below.
Seamless floors, coved into the wall.
Seamless epoxy and PU flooring systems installed with coving up into the panel line, removing the floor-to-wall joint entirely. No cracks, no grout lines, nothing for residue to sit in.
- Seamless epoxy / PU flooring with integral coving
- ESD-dissipative flooring options where static is a risk
- GMP light fixtures, flush-mounted and sealed
- Flush view windows and stainless-steel accessories
